hand-made items
the baja mexican star seamstresses

In a small farming village in Baja California, México, a group of women called the Star Seamstresses work to design and sew beautiful fabric and crafted items, many on-of-a-kind, as the products for their own Micro-Enterprise businesses.

They sell some items locally in their village, and some items to tourists and visitors.

Some of the items are acquired by the Bajmission ministry, and the women directly receive the fair-market-amount for the item.

Bajmission, via Lori, makes these items available for a suggested donation to the ministry.

Take a look at this gallery representing the 'product lines' of these unique, hand-made items. Perhaps you would like to acquire one or more of these beautiful creations, and help bring financial strength into these village families?
